Operation Gratitude includes handwritten letters in every Care Package sent to Military and First Responders. In these unprecedented times, our heroes need our unwavering support and we so appreciate everyone who took the time to put pen to paper to share their heartfelt thoughts.

To send us your letters, please fill out the online donation form below. This form lets us know that your letters are on the way and who they’re from. It also provides you with detailed instructions and labels for shipping (postage not included), which will be emailed to you once the form is submitted.
