Operation Gratitude includes handwritten letters in every Care Package sent to Military and First Responders. In these unprecedented times, our heroes need our unwavering support and we so appreciate everyone who took the time to put pen to paper to share their heartfelt thoughts.

To send us your letters, please fill out the online donation form below. This form lets us know that your letters are on the way and who they’re from. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an auto email with more detailed instructions and a barcode to print and include with your shipment (this is NOT a shipping label, but will simply allow us to track who the shipment is from).
