ATTEND AN ASSEMBLY DAY
Join Us on the Journey and volunteer at an assembly to help us honor the brave men and women who serve our nation. We are looking forward to serving together as a community to assemble care packages for deployed troops, veterans, recruit graduates, wounded heroes and their caregivers, and first responders, throughout the year. Â
To fulfill our goal of including handwritten letters in every care package, we kindly request that all volunteers write 10 letters and bring them to the event. For further instructions, view our letter writing guidelines.
The safety of our volunteers and recipients is our top priority. Due to COVID-19, we have limited spots available for volunteers to ensure appropriate social distancing measures are followed.
PRE-registration is REQUIRED to participate. Each participating volunteer will need to register separately. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Everyone must supply their individual QR code for entry. QR codes will be emailed to all registered volunteers.
REGISTRATION
Please do not register if in the past 14 days:
- You have or have had a temperature of over 100.4
- You are experiencing, or have experienced, any COVID-19 symptoms including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat and/or congestion
- You have had close contact with a person with COVID-19
- You are currently waiting for test results
