For more than 17 years Operation Gratitude has hosted monthly Assembly Days in Los Angeles, where up to 1,000 community volunteers come together to assembly our signature Care Packages.  As the safety of our volunteers, staff, and recipients is always of paramount importance, we have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation locally and nationally. In accordance with the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and other public health organizations, and as a precautionary measure, we canceled all of our upcoming Assembly Days for the foreseeable future. Consequently, we are unable to fulfill your request for a Care Package at this time.

We are continuing to serve and support the Military, Veterans, and First Responder communities by coordinating bulk shipments of health and comfort items along with handwritten letters to hospitals, police/fire departments, and National Guard units mobilized across the county.  We are supporting our military members overseas as well but on a limited basis.  Once it is safe to do so, we will resume our traditional Care Package Assembly events with the intent to provide a tangible way to say “Thank You” to all those serving far from home.  We are constantly assessing the situation, and will provide routine updates through our website, social media, and our “Weekly Briefing.”
