Join Operation Gratitude and CSX as they come together to assemble 2,000 Care Packages for First Responders in Jacksonville and the surrounding communities.
This event is part of CSX Pride in Service’s initiative to honor and serve our nation’s First Responders by engaging employees and communities around the nation to assemble care packages. Together as ONE CSX, volunteers will come together to assemble 2,000 Operation Gratitude Care Packages containing handwritten letters of gratitude, snacks, hygiene products and handmade items that will be delivered directly to local First Responders.
Interested individuals must register in advance to attend the event. Please note, this event is limited to employees only.

Shift 1: 10AM – 12PM (SHIFT IS FULL)
Shift 2: 1PM – 3PM

What to expect
Once you’ve registered, Operation Gratitude will send you an email confirmation as well as an event box containing the following items:
(5) Battalion Buddy Kits; each Kit to include:
Camo Bear Jacket
Pre-Portioned Bear Stuffing
Operation Gratitude Neck Tag
(5) Custom CSX Neck Tags
Note: A few select boxes will include a “Special Item” (to be explained at event)
Prepaid return shipping label
Internal and external packing slip with Operation Gratitude identification barcode
