Children 13 and older are welcome with a parent or guardian. Once we have reopened, all volunteers will be required to register prior to volunteering onsite for both assembly days and daily volunteering.

You must live in the Southern California area to be a letter screener. You will be required to pick up and return the boxes of letters to be screened to our facility in Chatsworth CA.

We do not include Bibles and/or religious items in our care packages.

We are unable to accept homemade/baked items. All food items must be NEW and SEALED in their original manufacturer’s packaging and have a “best by” date longer than 6 months from the date of donation.

There is no limit to how many letters/items you can donate. You can send 1 or 1,000 and we will gratefully accept each item!

To use our logo and/or name in your promotional activities you will need to sign a License Agreement. Please note that you are required to send all proofs using our name/logo to us for approval prior to publishing online or printing.

We do not have a pen pal or “adopt a troop” program, and we are unable to direct your donation to a specific person/location/unit/station All letters/items will be well utilized in our care packages and distributed across the globe where most needed!
