Join Operation Gratitude at our Headquarters “The FOB” in Chatsworth, CA to serve together as a community and assemble 4,300 first responder Care Packages.

These Care Packages will offer a small reminder to servicemen and women that Americans across the nation support them and appreciate their service and sacrifice.

Please do not register if in the past 14 days:

• You have or have had a temperature of over 100.4
• You are experiencing, or have experienced, any COVID-19 symptoms including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat and/or congestion
• You have had close contact with a person with COVID-19
• You are currently waiting for test results
