Our Service Members’ greatest reward remains the gratitude of their countrymen, and your packages showed them this gratitude in a real and meaningful way

I am sending this note to thank you for your tremendous support to the Sailors aboard USS ****.  I arrived aboard shortly before the ship deployed and upon our arrival at our first port visit in Spain the ship received pallets loaded with your boxes.  This is my first encounter with your program and I wanted to feedback to you how much the packages mattered.  Each Sailor I saw with a package was eager to show me the items they had received and I could see how much it meant to them that someone back home cared to do this for them.

Our Service Members’ greatest reward remains the gratitude of their countrymen, and your packages showed them this gratitude in a real and meaningful way.

Thank you so much and I thank you again on behalf of each Sailor who received a package!

Most sincerely,

Rear Admiral B.W., U.S. Navy
