I am currently deployed and getting a package has changed my entire attitude

Good morning!  I wanted to say thank you for the care package.  I am currently deployed and getting a package has changed my entire attitude.  This is my first time away from my children and I will miss all of their birthdays this year so to say that I have been down is an understatement.  Thank you so much.  I truly appreciate your generosity.  C.

 Very Respectfully,  C.l.J.

I love what you are doing for all of the military members currently deployed around the world

Good Morning,

My name is HM3 L.A.K.  .  I am stationed on the *****.  .  One of the sailors in my department recently received one of your care packages and I would just like to say thank you.  I love what you are doing for all of the military members currently deployed around the world.

We are currently deployed, but I would like to help your cause by making the paracord bracelets.   I have enough cord I believe but I will need to order some clips for them.

Where may I send them?

Again, thank you for everything you do.

 Very Respectfully,

HM3 (SW/AW) L.A. K.

You guys are amazing and honestly this has put a smile on my face that was/is MUCH NEEDED!!!!!

Good Morning!! My name is N.G.  , I’m currently in the US Navy aboard the USS ****  (CVN77), today I just received one of your amazing care packages and I cannot stress enough how appreciative I am for being able to get one from you. This is my very first deployment, and needless to say it’s stressful as it is long, not to mention being away from my loved ones back home makes things even harder. But when I heard I got a package from your organization, and after opening it up, it made everything a little more bearable. You guys are amazing and honestly this  has put a smile on my face that was/is MUCH NEEDED!!!!!

 Sincerely,

N.G.

 P.S.

I read that little card you put in for the pictures, and sadly I cannot send them right now, but you’ll be getting a few when I get the chance. Again thank you.

I appreciate everything I received and I am sharing most of it with other sailors

To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you very much for the generous care package and kind letters.  I appreciate everything I received and I am sharing most of it with other sailors in my division.  They also say thank you.

 Very Respectfully,

 EMN1 J.B. , USN

It made me feel good when I received your package

I wanted to thank you for sending me a package. It’s been a while I wanted to email you sooner but things were kinda busy. I lost this card due to it being packed up and stored I was going thru stuff today and found it. I have since got out of the military after my third deployment and the va says I am Disabled 100% from those. It made me feel good when I received your package and made me feel the same when I found your card. Thank you very much and I hope you have a blessed day.  B.S.

In the box there was a purple scarf knitted by Cindy D.

Hello,

I want to personally thank everyone for the boxes of goods.  I am on the USS *****  and our supplies are a little strained right now.  I’m sure I don’t have to explain what’s going on because it’s all over the news where we are.   In the box there was a purple scarf  knitted by Cindy D. from *****.    I would appreciate it if someone would contact her to tell her I said, “Thank you very much”.   My wife knits, and it brings back memories of home.   I am very eagerly looking forward to going home because I  had my first child, a boy, born on March 17th.  I haven’t met him yet, and will  be missing the first 3 months of his life.   Please pray for our safety , and even more so that we don’t get extended again.  I’d rather not miss more than 3 months of my baby’s life.  God bless you all.

Very Respectfully,
AO2 (AW/SW) K.C.

It is truly an honor to defend and support the fine people of our country, especially people like you

My unit and I have received your care package, and we wanted to thank you for your efforts.  We truly appreciate the support!  We are very busy, but we strive to do our best every day.  Our recent missions have been recognized on a global level (if you’ve been watching the news you’ve probably heard about some of our sorties), and little things like getting letters and care packages help keep us focused.  It is truly an honor to defend and support the fine people of our country, especially people like you.    I am a weapons team chief.   We are real people, doing a real job, supporting a real mission.  We all appreciate everything you have done to support us. Thank you so much!
