TRIBUTE CARDS: We also have lovely Tribute Cards that you can include in your Holiday (or other) Greeting cards indicating that you have made a donation to Operation Gratitude in honor of your friends, relatives, business associates, customers, etc.  These make beautiful and very meaningful gifts at any time of year, but especially for the Holidays.

We welcome and appreciate any donation amount.  With Tribute donations, we respectfully request a minimum amount of $15 to cover the cost of one care package.

Please contact cheryl@operationgratitude.com to request or learn more about the Tribute Cards.

3. Volunteer at our Facility
Large groups are always welcome to join us on our scheduled weekend “Assembly” days as posted on the Volunteer Schedule.   We can accommodate up to 200 Employee-Volunteers on an “Assembly Day.”  We have tasks for all adults, including those with physical challenges.

Please contact Dana Chotiner, our Director of Corporate Events, for more information:  dana@operationgratitude.com

4. Special Events/Product Assemblies at Sponsors’ Site

A group “Care Kit Assembly” (see #5 below) at your location is an engaging activity for groups of employees/volunteers!

Battalion Buddies also can be made by hand from our prepared kits in a heartwarming and meaningful volunteer activity.
Weaving Paracord Survival Bracelets at your event is also a very popular activity.

We will help you organize the event and can assist in sourcing the products.
For more information, please contact our Director of Corporate Events, Dana Chotiner at dana@operationgratitude.com.

5. Care Kits
Choose 5-12 items from the Operation Gratitude Care Kit List and assemble your items in individual clear plastic bags or vinyl pouches (maximum 8 inches x 11 inches) with a closure (either zipper or ziploc).     These Care Kits will ultimately be placed into our Operation Gratitude Deployed Troop, New Recruit, Wounded Warrior or Veterans Care Packages.

For more information about a Care Kit event for a group at your location, contact Dana Chotiner, Director of Corporate Events at dana@operationgratitude.com
Here is our “Care Kit Assembly” flyer to view additional sample images and details.

6. Wounded Warrior and Veteran Care Package Programs
Operation Gratitude works with representatives at Military hospitals, Wounded Warrior Transition Units, VA Facilities, Veteran Nursing Homes and Veterans Groups to provide care packages for Wounded Warriors and Veterans to let them know they are never forgotten.

Your employees can assemble Care Kits specifically for Veterans Care Packages.  A very touching moment can be  shared by inviting local Veterans to your group event and handing completed Care Packages to them in person.  We are happy to help make these arrangements.

Please contact us if you have products that are particularly appropriate for our Wounded Warriors or Veterans.

If you would like to send letters specifically for our wounded heroes, please send them in a separate envelope marked “Wounded Warriors.”   Letters intended specifically for Veterans can be mailed to us in a separate envelope marked “Veterans.”

7. Letter Writing Campaign
We strive to include several personal letters in every care package.  We invite our Corporate Donors to provide letters of appreciation to our Military from employees.  These letters can be written on Corporate letterhead or specially designed postcards with the Company logo.  Please email dana@operationgratitude.com for additional details and flyers.

8. Recycling Campaigns
Recycling is a great way to support our troops and contribute to Operation Gratitude at no cost!

GRC Recyclers will pay Operation Gratitude for every used smart phone, cell phone, ink-jet cartridge, laptop computer, IPOD or PDA received in our name and will pre-pay the shipping expenses.  GRC will design a program tailored to your company’s needs and develop marketing and collection materials free of charge.

9. Package Requests for Employees and Loved Ones
We urge our Corporate Sponsors to publicize to their own employees the Company’s partnership with Operation Gratitude. In all likelihood, you have employees who are either themselves in the Military (and may deploy as a Reservist or Guardsman), or have loved ones serving.  We encourage those employees to submit package requests through our website: Request Packages.  We have found that the employees feel an extra sense of pride and goodwill knowing that their company has supported this effort.
